Changing Perceptions opened it's doors in 2019. We ultimate mission is to provide job opportunities for those who need assistance in finding employment.  We are dedicated to treating our clients with dignity and respect. We do not see our clients as disabled, rather they  accomplish things in their own unique way. Our Employment Specialist work one-on-one with our clients to discover their unique abilities and talents so  they may be placed in a working environment that will foster and empower them to grow as individuals, as well as gain a sense of self sufficiency and pride through competitive employment in the community.

Changing Perceptions, LLC provides a variety employment service for individuals who have a Serious Mental Illness, General Mental Illness or are Re-Integrating back into the community after being incarcerated. Building on a person's strengths to learn various skills, identify specific work characteristics needed and support them to find, obtain and maintain competitive employment in the community and providing local businesses with qualified individuals.
